Eva Mendes, an American actress and model, is known as a household name in the entertainment industry. An agent for talent recognized her talents and convinced her to pursue a career acting or modeling. After much consideration, she dropped out of University to venture into the entertainment industry. Her first appearance was in the film Children of the Corn V : Fields of Terror, however, she wasn't thrilled with how the film turned out. In order to prove her worth her worth, she was featured in several low-budget movies to enhance her acting. It was not an easy path for this actor but her determination and perseverance earned her acclaim. After the success of Training Day, her career was booming as an actor.
